How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Since every order is custom-made, the turnaround times for products will vary. Below is an estimated timeframe for each product, starting from the time the order was placed, to the time the order is shipped. Please allow an additional 3-10 business days for Standard Shipping.

- Rings: 2 weeks
- Bottle openers: 1 weeks
- Hook-and-ring toss games: 3 weeks
- Chess sets: 2 months

 

I was on your shop a few weeks ago, but now the product listing says "Sold Out," or is no longer found -- when will it become available again?

We may have temporarily removed a product listing due to an influx of orders. Unfortunately, as a small business, we can only accept so many orders of certain products at once. Once we are ready to accept more orders, the product listing will be active again. If you are interested in joining the waitlist, please submit a Contact form here, with the subject title "Waitlist" and details of your request in the message.

 

How does the waitlist work?

To join the waitlist, please submit a Contact form here, with the subject title "Waitlist" and details of your request in the message. We will respond with your place in queue, and we will update you each time it changes. When your turn comes, you will have five (5) days to respond and determine payment. If we do not hear back within five (5) days, then we will move onto the next person on the waitlist, and we will inform you of your updated place in queue.  

 

Are there special care instructions for your products?

Rings
We recommend you do not wear your rings in the shower or when washing the dishes.

Bottle Openers
Bottle openers are not dishwasher-safe. 

In general, you will want to avoid extremely hot temperatures (e.g., steam, hot water for extended period of time). 

 

I want to order a unique item that is not listed on your website -- can you make it?

We enjoy working with customers who have their own "One-of-a-Kime" ideas! Depending on the item, we may be able to accommodate. Please contact us directly to discuss the details.
